Start by reviewing our Warranty Information page to confirm the coverage for your product.

To request a replacement under warranty, email support@upperechelonproducts.com and include:

  • Order confirmation or Order ID
  • Product name or title, especially if you placed multiple orders
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage, if applicable
