I naturally feel warmer no matter the time of day. Finding this cooling blanket was wonderful. I was skeptical but wanted to give it a try. Not one bit disappointed. It really does help cool you down (yep I'm surprised too). Not only do I love it but my pups love it too!

I get hot at night sometimes and can't sleep. Yes, I sleep with ac and a fan and I still feel hot sometimes. Yes ,I still sleep with a cover and it makes me hotter so I kick the cover on and off through out the night. I need a cover over me to sleep or I can't sleep even if it just covers my arms. This felt like a solution. I can wrap myself up but it won't make me hot and it can even coolness down.
Pros:
*It works- It has a soft,cool, slinky almost jersey like feel to it. It doesn't make you cold. It feels like it pulls away heat from your body instead. Since most covers hold in body heat this feels like it pulls it away. In fact I had to turn my fan off several times because it got too cold and pull my regular cover over myself to warm up. I got really cold with the cover over me and the fan. I thought this would be great for someone who is running a fever and needs to cool down but feels like they need a cover because of the chills. Like I do when I have a fever. This cover is already getting stolen from my bed and I need to hunt it down so I guess I am going to have to order more. But this is a good sign that it actually works.
Material-It is a beautiful color and the material is very soft. It states on the tag that it is 65% Nylon, 35% PEPA on the front and 100% bamboo cotton on the back. It is machine washable so no extra dry cleaning bills.

This cooling blanket is the perfect blend of lightweight and comfy. I'm at the age where I get hot, especially in the evening hours and even one degree of coolness makes a difference. The size is perfect, my Doberman and I both fit under it comfortably. She is also hot natured and enjoys napping under this blanket. Some reviewers said it is not cooling, it is not an air conditioner, but it does have a cooling effect especially on the “cooling” side. One side is meant for cooling and the other for a bit of warmth. The cool fibers are what give off the cooling feature of the blanket. If you are like me and have to have a sheet or blanket over you even if you are warm, this is for you. Sometimes I even use it instead of the bed sheet. I also like to roll it up and use it as a neck roll pillow sometimes. It is machine washable as well so just follow the instructions for washing.
