We want every Everlasting Comfort product to deliver the comfort and quality you expect. This page outlines how warranty coverage works, how to register your product, and what to do if you need a replacement, return, or exchange.

Warranty coverage

Protect your purchase

All Everlasting Comfort® products come with a Replacement Policy from Upper Echelon Products. For any quality-related issues, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note that warranty coverage is only valid for items purchased directly from Everlasting Comfort® and registered under our warranty program.

Important: After receiving your purchase, please register your product using the form below to activate your coverage.

Warranty claims

How to request a replacement

To redeem a replacement under warranty, please email the following:

  • Order confirmation or Order ID
  • Product name or title, especially if multiple orders were placed
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage, if applicable

Warranty disclaimers

Our guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong with your product due to a covered quality issue, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Lifetime warranty coverage does not apply to electronic products or the Essential Oils Set.

Electronics 2-year warranty:

30-day warranty:

  • Essential Oils Set

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
Returns and exchanges

30-day return policy

We offer a free 30-day return policy for undamaged items. Eligible items may be returned for Everlasting Comfort store credit, exchanged for a different product, or refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds and store credit are processed once the returned item has been received and reviewed. For exchanges, the replacement item will ship after the original item is received and processed.

Exchanges are limited to products of equal or lesser value.

Return conditions

Please note the following requirements

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use
  • Exchanges are limited to one item per order
  • Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value
  • Gift exchanges require the original order number
  • Gift exchanges are eligible for an item of equal or lesser value or store credit
Start a return

How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Email support@upperechelonproducts.com with your order number
  • Print the prepaid USPS return label provided by our support team
  • Once your item is received, your refund or exchange will be processed
Additional note: If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value than the original product purchased, we will provide store credit that can be applied toward the new item.
