I have a bad back and just underwent a 3rd spinal surgery recently. This pad is placed on top of an unforgiving wood chair. I can easily be at the computer throughout the entire workday with ZERO issues. It does exactly what I need it to do. And for those geniuses complaining that it is too thick? Yes. On purpose. It is not supposed to compress all the way down to the hard chair.

I am a severely injured vet with chronic pain and multiple nerve, muscle, and spinal injuries I contend with daily and will for the rest of my life. I tried this following a massive surgery. I work at my desk at least 10 hours per day. I definitely recommend.

I took a 20-hour flight from the U.S. to China in an economy class seat, and the product was excellent. Great product. I use it for 6 to 8 hours a day. My job requires a lot of sitting. Helps tremendously. Definitely worth the money I spent, so I don't get the feeling of a pinched back or lower back pain, or sore glutes from sitting down for so long. Highly recommend.

I am on kidney dialysis at the kidney clinic. I have to sit still for 4 hours which makes my buns very sore. I tried different bed pillows but not much help. As a physician that's already had four back surgeries, I tend to research items for my back quite well before I buy them. I bought the seat cushion for sciatica. It's difficult to roll up for travel, but it's really comfortable and is helping quite a bit. I wish you made a travel bag that you can roll it into a your carry-on bag. If you did, I would've purchased that.

I started getting sciatic leg pain on long drives in my car. I think the seats are getting old and worn, and no amount of adjusting seemed to help things. I often have commutes of a couple hours to job sites and the pain was getting really bad. I ordered one of these cushions and it helped reduce my pain immediately. After a few days it was all but gone.

I only give it 4 stars because I wish it was a little longer (I'm 5'9" and there's a gap between the end of the cushion and the back of my knee) and because the thickness raised my seating position more than I expected in the car. Both are workable, and I'd rather be pain-free than perfectly positioned, but worth knowing.
