At Everlasting Comfort, we want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and begin once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using a combination of trusted carriers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, including Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Please note the following limitations:
- We do not ship to U.S. island territories or APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for Standard Shipping only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the assigned carrier.
