After my workouts these past few days, and even as I'm sitting at my desk, this back stretcher has been like a little #chiropractor at the crib! i like the largest arch setting. it doesnt have to be used for more than 5 mins a day if on the ground, but ive very, much enjoyed The cushion can be removed for acupressure point focus, which i enjoyed on a few occasions. And I love pairing it at my desk, with the foot rest too. I used to HATE sitting at my desk for long, bc I felt so uncomfortable. now with both of them, i have my own little ergonomic workspace We gotta stop acting like we don't feel that pain from bad posture, y'all, and spend a little money to make our homes and workspaces more worthwhile.

As soon as I laid my back on the back stretcher I felt so much relief on my back pain. Even though it seats more on your lower back you can feel your whole back relief. It even cracked my back bones. The only down side that you need strength to put the pieces together and for me was a bit harder. Also, although I definitely recommend it, just make sure to look for the weigh limits since not everyone can lay on it because it would break. But overall, the back stretcher helps your back laying down or in your chair for posture.
