So recently I ordered myself a rowing machine and I absolutely love it but the seat got so painful after a while! So I ordered a few memory foam pillows and this one paired with another one feel absolutely perfect! At the time I ordered this I didn't realize it was a two part pillow . It has a removable center piece that can make this an entire seat cushiom or remove that center piece that's held there by velcro, thus making this a donut pillow. The foam consists of memory foam that is the perfect balance between firm and soft and the cover is removable for easy cleaning. The quality is Wonderful and I definitely recommend it!

Got my donut cushion pillow!
Since we are back to working from home a lot more these days, it has been helpful because
I do not have an office chair to use here at home. The support it gives while sitting on a hard dining room chair is immense. It is ergonomically designed. You should not sit all day, but I feel that I can sit longer
using this with or without the insert. I feel a lot less tension on my back and bottom. And I am less tight when when standing up after sitting for a long period of time.
It is soft but gives good support, the cover is machine washable which I love.
This is a work from home essential!

Such a smarter way to design this seat cushion so it can be used as a donut pillow as well. Just remove the middle insert and Voila, it's a donut pillow :). It's that easy! But the nice thing is I can use the removed insert as my extra armwrist rest or back support to help with the pain on my arm as well as my back. It works out great so far. I do have another U-shape memory foam seat cushion that I usually turned around to provide the donut-like hole, I know it's not the right way to use that type of seat cushion but it was more helpful to me that way, back to front and front to back. But with this pillow, it really does not matter since the front is pretty much the same as the back with the hole in the center. As a male, I can see this as a great help for people with prostate and hemorrhoid, that center gap or channel with the donut hole does provide enough room and support for such symptoms as well as air circulation to keep it cool. As for the memory foam on this pillow, it is a little harder than my old memory foam but not too bad. After a few days sitting on it, I hardly noticed the difference, I guess my behind got used to it and I think it may be more helpful for me as well since the sturdiness does provide better support for my back too, I am not leaning to one side or another as much. The velvet cover is removable and can be machine washed, even with the non-slip bumps silicone-like fabric at the bottom. But it may be better to air dry or low tumble dry just in…

This Donut pillow is super soft & provides excellent support for your spine, coccyx, & tailbone. Covers are machine washable to keep the freshness. Aslo has a removable middle piece to modify the usage of it and let your spine sink deeper into it. I didn't notice how hard and worn out my chair was until I felt the difference, so glad I got this !
