The pillow is nice, supportive and good quality. I am happy I purchased it because I tend to slouch while sitting and working and this helps support my back to sit up straighter. It staps on to my chair so I can have it where I want it on the back of the chair. The straps adjust and it comes with an extender if needed. The straps also have grips on it so it doesn't slide which makes it easy to put on the chair and stay put.
