As you can see from the photo it is approximately one quarter the size of my queen size pillow which I have been using between my knees for years. I have back issues and need to sleep on me side. A pillow between my legs, knees helps. Wish I had discovered this years ago. The strap is a big plus. I may shift from side to side through the night. So instead of having to rearrange one of my queen size pillows, I simply roll to the other side. The strap keeps it affixed to one leg. Even if I briefly lay on my back, it still is no bother at all as it is small enough to not cause any disturbance with the covers. Wonderful product. My wife likes it and even though she has no back issues she is a side sleeper. She will be ordering one.

Ever since my last baby I continued to use a pillow as it helped me straighten out and prevent my back from hurting in the morning. The pillow is made from high grade materials, is not too big and just fits perfectly. I'll be using this every night from here on. I recommend this pillow for anyone, pregnant women or people who suffer from a chines and stiffness in morning. All in all its an incredible product and very affordable.
